When you see people being interviewed on TV or you’re on a zoom call, do y’all look (and judge) their bookcases? Yeah… I do.
When I’m with a client and they have a colorful bookcase full of personality and unique items, I always ask to do a few photos in front of it, even if we didn’t plan to do that ahead of time. It doesn’t always work out, but I think it’s a fun way to get to know someone- a little peek into who they are.
